Brief Conversations User Guide
Navigate and login to https://app.clientengagenow.com
Click on "Conversations" on the left menu bar.

Click here to navigate between different unread conversations.

Click here to type a message within the selected conversation.

Click on "Send" or the Clock button to schedule a message send.

Click "Clear" to clear any typed message in progress.

Click on the box to select all conversations or specific conversations.

Selected conversations can be Marked As Read, Marked As Unread, Starred, or Unstarred.

Click on "Recents" to navigate between the most recent conversations.

Click on "Starred" to navigate between starred conversations.

Click on "All" to navigate between all conversations.

Click the Star Icon to mark an active conversation as Starred or Unstarred.

Click this Mail Icon to mark an active conversation as Read or Unread.

Click this 3 3-lined icon to apply specific search filters to an active conversation.

Click this icon to hide Contact Info of the current conversation.

Click this icon to view Contact Info of the current conversation.

Click this Pen Icon to edit the Contact Name.

Click these Phone and Mail Icons to start a phone call or email with the Contact.

Click on the "+" Icons to add or edit Contact Info.

Click this icon to add Tags to a Contact.
