Navigate and log into https://rewards.clientengagenow.com/

Click your profile icon

Click on "Settings"

Click on "Personal settings"

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and share your feedback or reason for leaving

Enter your password to confirm account deletion

Click on "Delete"

Check the confirmation box

Click on "Delete"🚀
